When logging into the support portal site, I receive the error “Forbidden – Invalid authentication token”

ISSUE

This error is most commonly seen when privacy blocking is occurring within the browser. 

 

RESOLUTION

Update the browser or any privacy blocking extension within the browser to allow "kaseya.zendesk.com". The option may be presented as url redirection or cross-site tracking.

 

For Safari browsers, change these preferences by navigating to Preferences, then click Privacy. Uncheck the "prevent cross-site tracking" option.
