Error may be received after a loss of connection to the Unitrends Appliance
Full error - A communications failure has occurred between your browser and the system. To fix, try closing and re-opening your browser and logging into the system again, or log in from a computer on a different network.
Things to check when you encounter this error;
- The database may not be running. See: Database is not responding
- An update has failed and needs to be terminated and reinstalled. See: How to recover from DPU appliance update failure (yum/rpm package update failure)
- The asset may have temporarily lost network connection. Close the browser and relaunch. If the error still exists have the customer ping the asset. If the asset replies, clear the browser cache and relaunch the browser.
