Follow these steps to gather the Unitrends Hyper-V Services log files to send to Support
From a command prompt on the Hyper-V host, run:
PowerShell.exe -File C:\Program Files\Unitrends\Hyper-V Services\GatherLogs.ps1
This will create a file in your %temp% folder, with a name similar to:
where the file name includes the date and time that the file was created.
This ZIP file will include logs from the Unitrends Hyper-V Services, CBT driver, client plugins, RabbitMQ and Unitrends Installer.
