I can only see the last five or seven days of backups in the Recover tab

ISSUE

I can only see the last five or seven days of backups in the Recover tab. Is this a retention problem?

RESOLUTION

Use the  FILTER BACKUPS settings (on the right of the Recover page) to change the value in the From field to a time that is further in the past. You can also uncheck the Successful option to see any failed attempts as well as completed jobs with Warnings. Click the Filter button, and the new data will load with all the work performed during the new time frame selected.

CAUSE

The Recover Tab has a default filter of 7 days, resulting in a display of backups that have occurred of the last 7 days
