ISSUE

After creating Archive storage on the Configure - Environments page, you are ready to create archive jobs. There are two ways to create an archive job. The first is a Single Job performed manually by the user. The second is a 'triggered job' which runs automatically based on the schedule of a selected backup job.

Archive Now Job

An Archive Now job, lets you archive selected backups to a pre-configured archive storage location by selecting backups in the backups tab then launching the archive job dialog. This is done through the Backups tab of the Recover page.

To Create an Archive Now Job

  2. Click User-added image .

The Archive Backups dialog will open.

  3. Enter the Job Name, Archive Destination (the archive storage target you created on the Configure - Storage tab), the email address or addresses where you would like the report to be sent, and when the reports should be sent.
