Error reconfiguring IP when using non administrator credentials
This problem appears in operating Systems with the User Account Control activated.
User Account Control (UAC) is a technology and security infrastructure introduced with Microsoft's Windows Vista and Windows Server 2008 operating systems, with a more relaxed version also present in Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows 8, and Windows Server 2012.
The problem in this security model is that UAC intercepts the attempts for changing the system to all the users that are not the local administrator user.
To avoid this problem you should use the local administrator account (Administrator) for changing the IP, or change the UAC settings in the VM to protect.
