How to turn off integrity check of exchange backup files for Exchange 2003, 2007, 2010 and 2013.  
 

Description

 

For all versions of Exchange, the Eseutil.exe utility is used to perform a checksum of backup files:
 

To perform a checksum of a database: ESEUTIL /k

To perform a checksum of a log file: ESEUTIL /k /i
 

Cause

 

The operation may take a long time, depending on the size of the log and database files.
 

Resolution

 

Open master.ini file on client and add following lines:
 

[Exchange]

RunIntegrityVerification=false

 

The settings in master.ini file are case sensitive
