You may receive UI alerts that indicates a client is no longer listening to connections and/or the agent is not active on an asset.
- Unitrends Agent is not properly installed on the server / asset
- The agent service is not running
- The agent service is not actively listening on port 1743
- Verify the Unitrends Agent is installed on the server
- Verify the agent service is running and listening on port 1743.
